Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the original condition, and in its original packaging.

Products that Arrive Defective

Returns are free. We will provide a full refund or a replacement.

Shipping

Returned products must be sent back in their original packaging with all parts and components. For any warranty issues, please contact the manufacturer.

You are responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If the product arrives damaged, you will not be responsible for shipping costs.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
